REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only available if items are out of stock, or issue with quality of products. A refund can be claimed only if products are found damaged prior any usage and must be unused and in the same condition received.

Once we receive your item, inspection and notification of receive will be noticed. Immediate notification will be sent out on the status of your refund after inspection of the item.

Exchanges

Please note that products can only be returned or exchanged if there are quality problems. Due to international logistics reasons, high shipping costs, and long period of exchange, requests regarding sizes cannot be accepted.

Goods for return must be posted at the Customer’s expense.

The Customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by Laluneduciel.


Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
